Web strategy

Strategy and governance are important tools when tasked with managing an organization’s web presence and internal digital projects. One recurring problem is that many organisations either lack a web strategy or clear governance principles; that they have an old and outdated online strategy or that they are uncertain of the elements of strategy and the process of putting one in place.

By combining case studies from large, global and complex organizations with expert speakers, we can present a track covering areas such as setting measuring success for web and intranet projects, establishing governance and a good web organisation, building strategy and finding the right balance between organisational goals and user goals.
